Thanks-Giving Square

Thanks-Giving Square is a private park and public facility in downtown Dallas, dedicated in 1976. It features a landscaped garden, a non-denominational chapel, an underground pedestrian network, and the Bullington Truck Terminal. The square was the first public-private partnership of its kind in the city, designed by architect Philip Johnson after a global search by Dallas businessman Peter Stewart. Visitors can stroll through the peaceful garden and admire the symbolic chapel architecture. The underground pedestrian network connects to nearby areas, making it a convenient stop.
