Rincón Chileno is a Chilean restaurant, delicatessen, and bakery in Los Angeles, established in 1973 by Chilean immigrants Ricardo and Cristina Flores. It serves as a hub for Chilean cuisine and goods. After the 1973 Chilean coup d'état, the restaurant became a vital gathering place for the local Chilean immigrant community, earning the nickname 'second Chilean consulate.'
