Emerson Dorsch Gallery

Founded in 1991 as Dorsch Gallery, this space began in the founder's apartment before moving to Wynwood as one of the first commercial galleries there, helping establish the Wynwood Art District. In 2013 it was renamed Emerson Dorsch and later relocated to Little Haiti in 2015. The gallery showcases South Florida artists alongside emerging and mid-career visiting talents. Visitors can view solo exhibitions by notable artists like Walter Darby Bannard, Victoria Fu, and Tameka Norris, among others. The program also extends beyond visual arts, hosting concerts and dance performances featuring acts such as Iron and Wine and contemporary choreographers. It offers a vibrant mix of contemporary art and cultural events in a dynamic setting.
