Neptune Theatre

The Neptune Theatre is a performing arts venue in the University District. Opened in 1921 and renovated in 2011, the 1,000-seat theater was originally used for classic film screenings. It was designated a Seattle landmark in 2014 and is operated by the non-profit Seattle Theatre Group. Today the venue hosts a variety of events including dance and music performances, film screenings, and arts education. It also serves as one of the sites for the annual Seattle International Film Festival, offering visitors a chance to experience both classic and contemporary works in a historic setting.
