Seattle Aquarium

The Seattle Aquarium is a public aquarium on Pier 59 and 60 along Elliott Bay. It opened in 1977 and is accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums. The facility has three buildings, with the original ones housing six major exhibits. Visitors can explore the new Ocean Pavilion, which opened in August 2024 and highlights the Coral Triangle ecosystem. The aquarium also runs educational programs and conservation initiatives, making it a great place to learn about marine life.
