Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys

The Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys is a private, non-profit museum in Lakewood, Colorado. Founded in 1981, it first opened in 1987 at the Pearce-McAllister Cottage in cooperation with the Colorado Historical Society. The museum moved to its current location at 830 Kipling Street in 2020. The museum's collection includes more than 20,000 objects dating from 1680 to the present. Visitors can explore exhibits of historic dolls, toys, and intricate miniatures that span over three centuries, offering a unique look at childhood and craftsmanship through the ages.
